CHANGES IN GUN LAWS FOR CALIFORNIA  

California AB-1263, effective January 1, 2026, imposes strict new rules on selling firearm parts and accessories to California residents, requiring sellers (even out-of-state ones) to verify buyer age/ID, get signed acknowledgments of legal notices about ghost guns, ship to matching ID addresses, and get adult signatures on delivery, affecting everything from Glock parts to AR-15 components. It also restricts digital firearm files (CAD/CNC) and expands liability for aiding unlawful manufacturing, making it harder to get parts online without going through a licensed dealer (FFL).
